Canadian customers are required to obtain a Customs Broker and email Arlene's Designer Bags with the name, phone and fax number of their Custom’s Broker prior to Arlene's Designer Bags submitting their order to the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for any additional charges (brokerage fees, Canada Customs, GST etc.)
Arlene's Designer Bags must be notified by the customer within three to five days of receipt of the item(s) purchased for any discrepancies including defects, or any item(s) the customer may not be satisfied with.
The item(s) MUST not have been used and the original packaging must accompany the return. Items that have been soiled or damaged may be refused or cause you to incur significant additional fees.

Any such exception must be authorized prior to return and confirmed upon the receipt of the returned item by the manufacturer. For affiliate websites, Arlene's Designer Bags does NOT refund shipping costs to the customer of the return item shipped back to the manufacturer, NO EXCEPTIONS! Arlene's Designer Bags guarantees all our products to be free from factory defect at the time it was shipped to the customer and guarantees products to be as represented on our website to the best of our ability. Please note that "undamaged and unsoiled" is defined as "in the same condition the merchandise was in when initially shipped to the customer" by the manufacturer.
If you choose to refuse shipment of the item or ask us to cancel the order after it has been processed, you will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the purchase price, excluding shipping. A refused or cancelled item will incur significant costs for processing.
Several manufacturers charge a restocking fee for undamaged item(s) returned if the item(s) purchased is not satisfactory. The customer will be responsible for these charges.
